DOES THE SETTING VIEWABLE FOR ALL BLUETOOTH DEVICES HAVE TO BE ON?

No. Only Bluetooth enabled and Location enabled.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE MESSAGE AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

In the back office, you’ll go into your back office, each unit has a serial number or code on the back match the numbers up to the one in the back office, type in 40-character message and url and hit enter. Once you do that, it’s done. Takes up to 24 hours to change the message, every message is looked at by a human being to ensure it’s a compliant message.

CAN MY MESSAGE BE IN ANY OTHER LANGUAGE BESIDES ENGLISH? 

Your message can be in any language as long as it is limited to the 40 characters

HOW WOULD SOMEONE STOP RECEIVING MESSAGES?

They’d have to turn the Nearby feature off or swipe the message/messages away.

I ACCIDENTALLY MUTED MY OWN NOTIFICATION & I WANT TO TURN THEM BACK ON, HOW DO I DO THAT?

Step 1: Go to settings

Step 2: Scroll down and click on Google

Step 3: Scroll down and click on nearby

Step 4: Turn on nearby

WHY ARE MY MESSAGES NOT SHOWING UP UNDER MY NOTIFICATIONS? There could be a few reasons for this, try these troubleshooting steps

Make sure the Android has the most current update for the operating system which can be found in the App store by searching KitKat and then choosing the update option

Reboot the phone by powering it off then on

Turn off Bluetooth, turn off location services, clear notifications, turn Bluetooth back on, and Turn location services back on as well, and then scroll down to Google, click on nearby and turn on nearbyFAQ

IS THIS IS JUST LIKE XYZ COMPANY/BEACON?

Asirvia is the only one offering a full system and providing unlimited levels of compensation.

Ibeacon is another Bluetooth tool. You have to download an app to get that notification. Can you imagine asking everyone with an Android to ask them to download the app to send them a message? It’s best for stores.

Asirvia is different in that it doesn’t need an app to have the notification show up on a phone. Every Android comes loaded and unlocked with the ability to get the notifications as long as you have Bluetooth turned on.

CAN EACH UNIT HAVE A DIFFERENT MESSAGE?

WHAT IS ‘NEARBY NOTIFICATIONS’ TECHNOLOGY?

‘Nearby’ Notifications is an Android feature which enables contextual discovery. Associate your website or app with a beacon and devices nearby will display the message in the Nearby section of Google Settings, light up the Nearby Quick Settings tile on supported devices, and promote messages that perform well as notifications. CAN I UPGRADE AND DOWNGRADE?

During the first three days you have the option to upgrade or downgrade by contacting customer support @ 603-442-0621. Past the first 3 days there is No upgrade or downgrade. You can login to your back-office and make another purchase. It may be possible in the future. Currently There is no downgrade option, but you can cancel your subscription, return the units and then select a different package that meets your needs at the same price.

IS THERE AN ON/OFF SWITCH? IS THERE AN OPTION TO TURN IT OFF FOR A WHILE WHEN YOU’RE OUT?

Currently we are using a weather proof model that cannot be turned off. People receiving the message can turn it off anytime they like.

WHAT IS THE ACTIVATION FEE FOR EVERY DEVICE?

The activation fee for the Asirvia Go is $30. That fee is per order up to 8 units That activation fee is 1 time and not monthly. ORDER ACTIVATION FEE (includes shipping & handling for North American). Additional $25 shipping & handling applicable for countries outside North America.

IF THEY SIGN AS AN ASSOCIATE NOW, GET THE UNITS AND THEN DECIDE THAT THEY ONLY WANT TO BE A CUSTOMER, CAN THEY DO THAT?

WHAT ABOUT THE BATTERY? DO WE NEED MAINTENANCE ON IT?

Battery lasts up to two years. It’s weatherproof and water resistant. If it does stop working within two years and you send it back and we’ll send you a new one.

DOES THE URL HAVE TO BE HTTPS?

If Google pops up with a warning that it isn’t a secured site, it’ll stop people from proceeding.

DOES ASIRVIA OWN THE TECHNOLOGY OR HOLD THE PATENT?

No we don’t own it. What we have is an exclusive to work with the network marketing industry. Other people can sell a unit to somebody who’s in network marketing but they don’t have the exclusive to go to a company or to go through top leadership and have them come on board. We do. The beacon itself does the notification. This one is the only one that uses the technology of Nearby technology. You need
a system to collect and convert the leads and to follow up with all the leads

WHAT IS THE LEADS TO SUCCESS SYSTEM?

The leads to success system is an optional add on service optimal for the Go marketing tool. Reach out to the person who referred you to Asirvia (sponsor) for more details to get started using the tool

HOW MUCH IS THE LEAD SUCCESS SYSTEM?

There’s three different prices on the Leads to Success System. It’s a separate price and is optional. If you have the Pro version, anyone on your team who gets the Pro Leads System and 3 sign up and have an active monthly Pro System membership, your membership (PRO???) will be free.

CAN SOMEONE ENROLL UNDER A BUSINESS NAME?

Yes, they can sign up under a business name when they go to set entity to request commission in the back office it will ask you for a Social Security number or an EIN number that’s where they will indicate how they are going to be paid as a business or person.

WHEN AND HOW DO I GET MY PAYCARD?

Under the Account Tab, you want to complete the requested info under the “Set Entity to Request Commission” Tab.

After you set that up the tab name will change to simply “Request Commission”. Once you have more than six dollars in commissions you will be able to request your card which is a one-time $5 fee plus the $1 fee any time you request commissions to be transferred to your pay card. When you are able to make your first withdrawal from your back office, you will receive an email 1-2 days after requesting with an invitation to open a pay card account. Verify the email address you receive from their email and then you will have a separate login to your pay account. You will be able to purchase the card from that login and add a bank account to have your commissions go straight to your bank account.
